How's my form?! 現在非常流行運動,我超級開心!! 剛來台灣的我都會被我的朋友說我會太狀,會很man! 現在女生男生一樣都瘋狂在運動! 大家加油!! 但是不要忘記要用正確的方式訓練不然會受傷. 我就是因為之前太瘋狂跑馬拉松所以現在膝蓋有問題. 希望你們不會跟我一樣受傷要作復健! 現在我需要把我的腿,臀部跟背練比較強所以我可以在跑步然後膝蓋不會痛! 好處是我的屁股應該會比較翹吧!!! 😝😝😆😆😆😏😏😏跟我一起吧!! It sucks to have any sort of injury especially when you love to do sports and just be able to move around without any pain. Please make sure to stretch, strengthen, massage and loosen up the muscles to prevent hurting yourself. I've pushed myself too hard in the past running marathons and now I have to do rehab on my knees. Do u have any knee problems? Welcome to the club! Come train with me!! Side effects include: perky butt and strong sexy legs. Haha!
